It’s symptomatic of our storyteller’s skill as a writer that in a page featuring a passionnate kiss between my favorite new character and a character I’ve loved ever since her first appearance, the detail I love is Tula’s “I kn-” automatic response. It’s so very like her.
Also, I note that Chera is much more direct in her approach than Borric was towards Tethik. Then again, Tethik’s plight was much more subtle. Also, I guess Borric had been taught to be less forward with Kivalians, even nice ones like the count.
And finally, what a nice religion this is. Of course, one wonders how that works for unattractive people. The work of a priest-ess must be difficult sometimes…
Awwwwwwwwww. I love Chera. I hope she’s not the next one on the ‘deaht List’ and that Tula is not going to became a ‘black widow’ (I think that’s the term for the trope where the girl keeps having her lover dying…).
Wondering about the “boobs” tag. Why the need for one? There’s no “good storytelling” tag on any page, is it? Yet on every page…
(Also, out of stupid curiosity I checked the other pages so tagged. Why don’t the first two pages with Tula weeping on the roof get that tag? They certainly do feature some, and fine ones at that.)
1: I put boobs in any time I think of it, as a way to get more hits. I am all about getting the hits, and given the design of these characters, it’s highly likely there’s gonna be boobs of some kind anyway.
2: That said, I am sometimes sloppy and have had to repost the entire continuity at least three times in moving from one server/venue to another. Also – one-man operation has only one man so – mistakes.
3: My fiancee’ has expressed great interest in assisting me on the project so things can become more consistent with less mistakes. All things moving forward should become better.
