For those wanting to know about the weight she’s one-handing, if i recall correctly, that steel bar probably weighs about 55 pounds… 45×8=360 (8 plates, 4 on each side), so 360+55=415 lbs.
(I did weight lifting in high school in the late 80s as a P.E. elective, and that was how much the bar weighed, back then.)
Impressive, but I’m more amazed at how unconcerned Mentl seems to be as he stands almost directly underneath the bar with the back of his head seeming about to touch the iron plates. He’s probably using magic to take some of the load off Zona so nobody gets hurt if she drops it.
