It’s odd that our dear Count doesn’t turn this around and demonstrate that he’s here to help the GreyMouth folks, by getting King Gudik to go home. The best thing he could do is patch up some sort of alliance between the Kivalians and the GreyMouth sect. That may happen yet, unless these “Draconians” are willing to join whatever side the dragons are on.
I suspect that people in Greymouth do not consider themselves part of Kivalia, which Gudik would change in his crusade. These “Draconians” mentioned earlier may have substantial influence in the area of Greymouth.
Great Schism? Between the “crusades” against coreligionists and the reference to “papists”, sorry “Heiroppists”, that’s what it reads like. Although it could be the wars of religion after the protestant reformation.

Doubtful that this lot would listen.

Should’ve asked them about Urrts instead of Yergos, Tethik. That’s the more important question right now.

I suspect that in this part of Kivalia, Urrts are considered to be just fairy tales used to frighten little children with.

Trying to pass as a local is seldom easy, especially once you open your mouth.
