  1. Hmmm… Strong magical defense, good thing is that makes them weak against melee. The giants are the best recourse there, between their raw power and their heavy long range attacks, those Urrt priests don’t have a chance. Plus their natural defense makes them ideal anti-magic fighters. Clear out the priests and then plow the field. After a few years, this land should be a good farm…

    1. Ground should be well fertilized, anyway. And it;s surprising how long battles can leave the ground fertile – I know of at least one battlefield that is stiill seeing effects after half a millennium – admittedly, most obviously in high iron content, but it counts.

  2. Waiting for Mentl to make his appearance.

    1. I’m sure it’ll be the last-minute save the day scenario, Like if Ipola takes a hit, Zona tries to help out and gets hit, Highway to Hell starts playing, and Mentl descends from a portal and is PISSED.

  3. What’s Erogian for “Don’t come around here no more”?

    1. I think it’s: “HEY! (SPLAT!!!)” lol

      1. The prefix “HEY!” is usually omitted in Zona’s dialect.

        1. LOL, I was referencing the song as well. Besides, I’m sure during the time that Zona was on Earth she might have picked up a few things.

  4. Yay – Update

  5. Impresive army move in the first panel. And Ipola’s frustrated expression in the last one is excellently done as always. Thanks for the bad news!

(Because yeah, Gorshash influencing the battle that strongly is bad news. But it ain’t over ’til it’s over, now is it?)

  6. can we have a few pictures with focus on the normal participants please

  7. Glad to see you got things handled! Take care of yourself and your family, the story will gel around you.

Good emoting and staging. Half of the story you’re telling is with the broad strokes and the emotions we can read on the various characters’ faces and in the staging backgrounds. You have a great knack for making the story sell itself with the various panels you set up.Great job of letting us see that with all the little triumphs, the big fight is still building up….
